Latest Features

Free Textbook Filter and Indicator (Open Educational Resources)

  • Give students the ability to search for and visually identify sections that include free textbooks and materials 

Banner Reserved Seats Flag and Display

  • Allows your students to quickly discern if they have chosen courses or schedules that contain sections with reserved seats.

Lock Student to Only Degree Plan Courses

  • The ability to require certain student groups to only add courses to College Scheduler based on planned classes within your degree planner.

Incremental Usage and Course Demand Delivery

  • Student usability and course demand reports can now be delivered to Banner tables throughout the day instead of once nightly.

Max Schedule Warning

  • A helpful tip box that will appear if a student generates schedules that are over a certain threshold.  

Minor Style Change on Add Course Screen

  • We have made it easier for students to locate the back button on the add course screen.  

Obey the “Display On Web” Indicator for Banner Course Attributes

  • Attributes that do not have “Display on Web” in Banner are hidden from display in College Scheduler.

Banner Topics

  • Allows students pick between different topics associated with a single course so that they can schedule more than one topic in the same term. 

Display Co-Req Flag in Table of Classes For Course and Section Level Co-Reqs

  • College Scheduler now displays a flag on courses and sections that have co-requisites.
