How often should I post?

The level of posting is something each school should determine during the planning phase of deployment, as we believe posts should be relevant, important, and news/read-worthy. However, there is a level of posting that drives engagement in students. To keep students fully engaged, the content needs to remain fresh and new.

We believe the key number is a minimum of 10-15 pieces of fresh content a week, excluding the campus news and events that are pulled into the app via RSS feeds.

An example cadence of types of posts is as follows:

  • 6-7 announcements
  • 2-3 notifications
  • 3-4 polls
  • Events as-needed
