Segment Students by Progress Toward Graduation
When creating student lists for targeted outreach, partners can now use progress toward completion as an identifying factor. To enable this, we’ve added a “Credits Earned” filter that you can use in combination with other filters to create your targeted group and tailored messaging. A few examples of campaigns you could run today include:
- Identifying at-risk students who are early in their academic career and sending a message to cheer them on and remind them of the services in place to support them along their journey.
- Identifying students who are close to a degree but not enrolled in the current term and sending an outreach to let them know you hope they return and finish their degree… they’re so close!
- Identifying students who are close to completion and sending an encouraging message to help them stay focused and get across the finish line.
