Loop in Students’ Advisor When Sending Outreach

Collaboration between key stakeholders across the student journey is important to ensuring student success. In an ongoing effort to better connect the student support team, we’ve made it possible to CC students’ advisors when sending email outreach from Inspire for Faculty. As is with standard email CC functionality, students may reply to the faculty member, advisor, or both. This enhancement is only available to institutions for which advisor assignments have been mapped. If you’re unsure about your institution’s advisor mapping but are interested in taking advantage of this new capability within Inspire for Faculty, please reach out to your Partner Success Manager.
