National University: Nudging Students to Create Schedules for Next Term

Nudges sent to ~2,000 students at National University resulted in getting 78% of the students who weren't scheduled for next term to set a schedule. Open rates for messages from Illume were 20 percentage points higher than open rates for the institution's student messaging center.
