Depending on the selected Focus Area, the y-axis will adjust to display the courses that have the greatest potential impact. Courses near the top of the graph present the greatest opportunity for impact at your institution.
In this example, courses typically taken during the fourth year are more concentrated towards the bottom of the distribution. However, these courses still surface among those with the highest potential impact so they should not be ignored in your analysis of courses at your institution.
Focus on the courses with the highest potential impact by year to organize a strategy that accounts for the differences in students at each year in the academic career.
Several of these courses also have associated course signals which should be explored in more detail.
