Create Event

Advisors or admins can create events for all students or they can use groups to target events. Public events, meaning they will be distributed to students. All information added to an Event is shown to students. Private events are only visible to the user.

Reminder: If a user enables RSVP or check-in, attendance will automatically be enabled.

Attendance tracking

Attendance tracking. RSVP, and check-in capability is available for each event. If attendance tracking is not selected, that event will not appear on the Attendance screen. Click on an event to view the details screen.

From an event detail screen, the user may upload a list of attendees, message students, or download an excel of invitees.

RSVP not shown. The advisor can manually click “confirm” to track attendance OR upload a .csv of attendees. The user can also add individual students to the list that may have not been originally invited.

Reply column shows RSVP status. The advisor can manually click “confirm” to track attendance OR upload a .csv of attendees. The user can also add individual students to the list that may have not been originally invited. The user can also close the RSVP at any time by clicking Close Registration.
