From the sidebar, select Outreach Exclusions.
If you do not see this option, contact your team lead.
Enter the email address of the student you wish to exclude.
If the email address is validated, select the Exclude from Outreach button that appears.
The student is now listed under Excluded from Outreach Emails.
To undo the exclusion, select the minus (–) icon in the Remove column next to the student's name.
